How to Grow Your Real Estate Business
We just wrapped up an amazing master class teaching our inner circle members that have annual memberships. We are teaching them today on recruiting, training, hiring, scaling, building a team. It was really cool. We had Jaime who's our head of HR right now, head of recruiting. She was in with me teaching.
We had the board, the smart chart up, the awesome TV wall behind me. Jaime's been with us since we had 12 people. We're now at 93. We're gonna cross 100 in Q1 next year, so that's really, really exciting, and we were going over everything about recruiting, hiring, building a team. When should you make your first hire? All right, if you've got to that point where you're doing two, three transactions a month, and you're ready to make that first hire, who should it be? What should you look for?
What about culture? What about attitude? What about motivations? What are the things you look for? What's your process for screening? What's your process for interviewing? What is your process, most importantly, for generating the leads? Because you need a lotta people to come to you if you're gonna build, scale, make a team. You don't wanna be choosing from a couple of people. You wanna have a lot of good choices.
